A few extra pounds

I woke up today thinking about
how we drive ourselves crazy
because of our weight...
(btw no I didn't feel this way today...lol)
You know what I am talking
about..those extra pounds !
I had to deal with this
ghost for many years
because I was a little
overweight growing up
so this blog is to remind me
and all my friends who
deal with this detail almost daily
First of all don't let your weight
define who you are
don't let those undesirable extra pounds
take your freedom away or
affect your confidence as a woman or man
Just make sure you are healthy
this is what matters ..at least should be your priority.
Nothing wrong in wanting to look your best
Just don't be a "slave" of your weight !
Don't allow that to stop from doing
anything you want
If anyone don't appreciate the person
you are because of those extra pounds
make sure you write them off your life
they were also a heavy "extra pounds"
that you shouldn't be carrying around
that you definitely don't need it
I know this is all easier said than done
but we own our lives so we have the power
to decide that we will be happy
with ourselves no matter what
again just make sure you are healthy
and if you still don't feel good
about those extra pounds
stop reading the blog with candies by your side
get up and do something about it
and never forget
YOU ARE MUCH MORE THAN
JUST A FEW EXTRA POUNDS !

I have been reconnecting with people
that I met through this journey called life
through my trips around the globe and
oh man I cant say enough how blessed I feel
for meeting so much good people and I know
that I only did because I am a real person
that doesn't pretend to be who I am not.
God is giving me the opportunity to talk
to them again and I was blowing away from
so many kind words I got and also made me go
back in time , when I first met all of them.
I strong believe that more than knowledge
about any topics , life is about connections ...
That can take you really where you wanna be
as long as you are real and speak your heart

be real and stay true to yourself and your beliefs...
You would be surprise how you can touch many lives

As I always say , the best investment in my opinion
are travels around the world...find out about other

precisamos da renuncia?

Existe um lugar seguro

um lugar sem dor

sem angustia , indecisãO?

Ou vive-se de amor

e ignoramos a razão ?!

e deletamos a exclamação ?

Quando o medo é maior que o desejo

afogamos e não celebramos a aceitação ?

Não consigo ver a resposta

só consigo ver vc que eu

sentí necessidade de escrever esse blog .
VIDA

Todos recebemos esse presente de Deus
mas nenhum de nós sabe quando acaba.
Só quem deu pode tirar !
Será que temos consciência do valor
dessa jornada ?

Nascemos puros e sem absolutamente nada...
infelizmente a pureza se perde no decorrer
do caminho mas será que essa perda
precisa significar nos tornarmos egoístas,
invejosos , impiedosos, injustos ...?

Tudo isso se dá na minha opinião
por que nos apegamos a "coisas" mas do que deveríamos !

Eu tenho uma pergunta que pode nos responder
se estamos vivendo o hoje ...ou se estamos
constantemente preocupados com o futuro ...
Se hoje fosse seu ultimo dia , você iria satisfeito ?

Quem responde que sim VIVE O HOJE e sabe que o amanhã é uma incógnita mas sei que não é a maioria ...infelizmente !
Quem responde que não , pode aproveitar esse momento
pra perceber que quem vive pensando no futuro ,
não VIVE O PRESENTE !!!
