Not taking life for grant and

Whatever I feel I still didn't do
or didn't get done it will happen soon
because that's just how I am.
I don't sit and wait for things to happen !
As for love...HE WILL FIND ME !
I rather don't hurry in this special subject
but when it happens
I wanna make sure he knows everyday
How much he means to me and that I love him !
Life is our biggest gift from God !
Lets remember to love ourselves ,
celebrate every minute , every second...

Today I woke up feeling better
it has been a roller coaster this last year
so many ups and down
many decisions that got me confused...
but today SUNDAY in this
wonderful city called
RIO DE JANEIRO
I found some peace awhile
I was running in the sand and looking
to the sky and the mountains
and at the same moment staring at the sea...
Listening my favorite tunes and I gotta say this :
what a blessed life ! what a blessed day !
Now after a cold and refreshing shower
I have boo my son in my lap
as I write...
life doesn't get any better than that
does it ?
I guess when you find peace inside your heart
when you remember to count your blessing
(which should be a daily thing) ,
everything gets easier , lighter
Well that doesn't apply to body weight lol
I wish ! so life goes on and on...
Time for a nice breakfast and
to be great full for having a place to live
food to eat and for being healthy
to be able to welcome one more SUNDAY !

Dad I barely can type
so much pain in my heart
in my chest...I just cry cry cry
for the last week it has been my picture
and I know you wouldn't want this
I have been trying to keep positive
and believe that everything will get better
It is just so lonely without your music
so sad without your words
so empty without your wisdom
How can I make this tears go away
How can I get down this wall
that I built so I feel safe again
I give it up , I am just human
I feel sick and tired
I have been strong for this whole year
Today finally everything hit me
There is gotta be light somewhere
I made the dark cold room my place to hide
my place to suffer and again cry
You are the most important person in my life
I am who I am because of you
You did a great jog by the way you raised me
freedom with responsibility as you used to say
I will never forget your advices
I am happy that I had lots of wonderful
moments by your side
and I thank God for giving me a dad
as my best friend
You are my inspiration to be a better person...

Is there any place
where we can feel safe
where our fantasies are around the corner
a place where things taste better
where we experience our best kiss over and over
a place overlooking the sea
where the time stops
and we learn how to live NOW
A place where people respect each others and the earth
where love is never taken for grant
but cherished and nourished every single minute
where our jobs is just to help each other
as a good and honest human being
and make sure we also don't judge
A place where we can be ourselves
and don't need to pretend or
work on "acceptance" or trying to fit in
God loves all of us the same way
and that's the only one
we should try to "please"
not by looking or weighting in a certain way
but by BEING in a certain way
I believe we all come to this world
pure and in touch with our soul
and the older we get
it seems the further we go from it
We are not listening...
I believe this place it is inside of us
it is called HEART
How often do you listen to yours?
I heard some stories about women
that post pictures 10 years younger...
what are they thinking ???
Would they tape all over their bodies
for the first date...??
This is ridiculous !
Or even worst pictures 20 pounds lighter...
than what to do ??
I wonder what they say
when they get to face
the guy on their first date
"sorry I am kind of bloated
I am on my period " ?!
so last night I had 2 burgers
3 french fries and the whole ice cream
and I woke up like this...
you are bloated alright !
And how the guy suppose to react ?!
"Oh hun I understand ,
lets meet when the 20 pounds of blood
leaves your body " !!!
HELLOOOOOOO !!
We know men are visual so
if you don't feel good the way you look ,
either don't post picture
and be ready for not much action (emails)
or get a make over before doing it
but please NO old pictures !!
For the other hand, remember
not all guys like skinny ones
embrace who you are !!
As for the guys...
the ones who take good care of themselves
can be a great catch or a pain in the ass
I feel that the ones who are all cut and hot
TEND ( I said tend) to be very superficial and I must say , it turns me off
and will not last more than 3 emails...
or two chats with me.
The regular looking guys
in my experience are more
in touch with things that really matters in life !Beauty will fade for all of us !
